More Practice for Scantron Testing

Today, you will work on a practice test for the Math portion of the Scantron test you will begin next week. Due to the fact that this is only practice, you will be allowed to ask questions when you are unsure of something on the test.

There is no sound with this test so you don't need headphones. If it's easier for you to concentrate, you may wear the headphones if you wish.

At the end of class, please remember to SAVE your test so that you can work on it later and you can see how you did!

Mathletics!

Today, you will practice your math facts on Mathletics.  You may spend no more than 15 minutes playing Live Mathletics.  I want you to spend the balance of your class time (15 to 20 minutes) playing with the different Topics under Activities.  You will be able to practice in a number of areas of math by doing so.

Today, you will create a word cloud using a cool website called www.tagxedo.com.  First, you will need to type all of your spelling words in the box provided.  Then, choose a shape for your word cloud – there are close to 100 shapes to choose from.
